[FIXED] Bully's Jafile Account Suspended?!

So, I was getting some codes for something that I'm trying to make for MW3 and possibly the other Call of Duty games when I got this message:

I tested it with at least 10 other links... he's been banned!

Now what are we going to do with all of these codes and programs and whatnot that have vanished?

I'm just hoping that someone on this site has the codes and everything that they can give to Bully so he can re-upload them (if he doesn't have them).

Oh dear... The same has happened to all of the Jafile upload service, not just Bully's Account, but mine and several others also. I hope they come back. But I had a feeling they would not last much longer, due to the lack of updates and responses I got from them.

EDIT: Something strange about this is the fact that I can still access some of my hosted images on the jafile site, but the main page is offline.

Omg, that´s bullshit. It even shows up when you are not logged in and just visit jafile.com Therefore there´s a chance in having it fixed, I think.

Did you guys backup everything that you had on Jafile to another file uploading site or a hard drive or something like that? I have some of your codes and whatnot, but I'm not sure if I got them all before your accounts got suspended.

It has got to be a bug or something in their database or something like that. It shouldn't say "This Account Has Been Suspended" when you go to the homepage of the site.

I'm just hoping that it gets fixed soon as I really wanted to release something today that I've been working on for awhile. It's a program, but I need the codes and I only have about 75%-80% of all of the codes that I need.

Of course they didn't back anything up.

Looks like I'm going to have to find all of the codes made by them and give it to them so they can re-upload to another site. I'm not even sure if I've got all of their codes.

Maybe evreyone with a jafile account has been suspended, it has to be a bug i guess? Idk

As for me I have every single code I have ever worked on stored on my computer, including any programs and source code or anything else I deemed important. ( 3 TB External Drive ) However, I do not have a backup of the RAM dumps/WADS/Wii games I had there. So I guess I will need to edit a lot of posts. Pretty much every RAM dump in the RAM dump section was stored on Jafile.

I'm sure Bully has most, if not all of his codes. Although he will probably need to do some work to get them organized again.

It seems to me that the traffic and popularity of these codes is dying off some, and if that is the case I would just copy and paste directly to the site next time instead of using Adfly links.

thats why you never use third party sites, i always upload my files to google code, if they are over 200MB i upload them to my rapidshare account

No I just store everything I personally care about on my home 3TB external drive.

Wrong, I have everything I ever released/uploaded on my computer/harddrive. Nothing is lost, 0%. I know that sh*t can happen and I´m prepared. I never delete something I uploaded because of such incidents.

Same with my youtube videos and descriptions pretty much. I use Sony Vegas Uploader which allows me to store all these information into the .veg project file when editing.

Also everything backed-up on my 2 TB harddrive.

However you manage it, there´s always a chance in the site you rely on to be taken down. It can happen that this site gets deleted or whatever, you never really know. It´s more unlikely than jafile though... I still hope they come back, but for some reason it seems they don´t care at all.

Bully basically said there is nothing to worry about then. Everything is fine.

That's gonna take a long time to upload 1 TB though. And jafile doesn'tlook like its coming back

I just Googled some sites and one really good site is FileServe. They let you upload up to 500 GB for free, but the downside to it's is that they only allow you to download your own files. It's only really useful if you want to backup one of your drives.

Another really good one is Mediafire and I'm pretty sure almost everyone has heard of that one before. I use it all of the time. They allow up to 50 GB for free and other people can download your files if you give them the link.

RapidShare is another really great one.

Mediafire is the most famous i think...
I tried uploading one of my thing and it just worked great you guys should try it out, Mostly everyone uses it...

I'm uploading all of the RAM dumps to RapidShare as we type. For me it's a little faster than Mediafire, but I still prefer Mediafire over almost any kind of file sharing site.

I'll post the links to the dumps in a short while.

What i like about mediafire is that you dont have to wait for anything.. you just have to click on download and it automatically downloads straight away.....
But I think that Rapidshare, you have to wait 60secs until you download it??

Ah, really?! Damn! I'll Google for a way to bypass the time that you have to wait for your download on RapidShare. Once I find a way I'll post it.

If only I had have known, then I would've uploaded to Mediafire instead.
