Unfortunately, it only works with .txt files (as far as I know).
Go to this site www.convertfiles.com
Find a link for a .txt file that was uploaded to Jafile.
Enter the URL into the "download from" box and select the output format as .rtf (rich text file).
It will give you the link to download the file and then BAM! You can now view the text file even though Jafile is down!
I don't think that this will work for such files as .rar or .zip. It gives an error saying that it's not the actual type of file that it really is. For example, if you entered a link to a .rar file, then it'll say "This file is not a .rar archive.".
There might be another site that can get you the .rar files and such, but I doubt it.
Oh! By the way... you can also download YouTube videos and extract the audio from the videos with the converter.
