Lately the 3DS scene has been crazy with releases and mods. People already got WiFi hacks working on Mario Kart 7. It's not surprising when there are ways of dumping and writing to the RAM that history will repeat itself. Ready-made hacks haven't been released how it seems but anyone smart enough, with a bunch of time and patience will probably be a able to build it together him- or herself.
