Maybe if you read the description of the video you'll know when you're going to be able to get it. Here's what it said in the description: Will be released at 250 subscribers, 50 likes and 30 comments (from different people) on this video. It's not really hard to get that many stuff if you think about it.

Nothing wrong with grave-digging, my friend. I do it all the time,  lol  It helps bring older topics back up for discussion, which on this forum that doesn't have much activity anymore, it helps.

I'm not sure if it was ever released. It might have been released on the WiiPlaza forum (hyperspeed.1talk.net), but I'm not sure. Bully will be able to tell you. I think it's a code like any other name changer, but it's just the values that he has found for those icons. I could be wrong though.

If he releases the code or if it's just values, I'd want to take a stab at porting it.

Yes, if the release requirements are met and I want to release it.
There are many 100's of released codes which are really worth it.
Years of hard work.

Its also possible to make some of these for pre-game lobbies ;P

I would think so, yes. They're just values. Maybe can be used in the Lobby Name Cycler code.
